LIFTCo (Local Improvement Finance Trust) – A Public Private Partnership

We have been local partners to the public sector for over 12 years under the LIFTCo partnerships of Foundation for Life, East Lancashire Buildings Partnership and BRaHM, where our track record includes the delivery of quality, award winning buildings.

In 2015, we brought together the management of these three companies under the new brand of ‘One Partnership’. This allowed us to be more agile and responsive, share best practice, expand our partnerships and support the drive for public sector efficiency.
